HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 (167S1AV)

Hi,

I have received a HP ZBook Studio G5 for work, and a 150W power adapter is included. I already have an Envy 14 for personal use which comes with a 135W power adapter.

Can I use the 150W charger for the Envy 14, and vice-versa the 135W charger for the ZBook? Will these two work?

Greatly appreciate your help! 😄

Give us the part numbers on the bricks of the two adapters. If the two adapters have an identical plug interface and the same voltage you can likely interchange. The difference between 135w and 150w is not going to be an issue but under or over-volting or trying to force a different plug into place is a major problem.

Can't find the part number of the ZBook charger because of company labels on it that I cannot remove, so this is the closest one: 4SC18UT#xxx

Rated at 19.5V, 7.7A

Envy 14 charger part number: L15879-002

Rated at 19.5V, 6.9A

Thanks.

Both are 19.5 volt and have the long thin plug with the blue tip. Same size. You will be OK interchanging them
