is it good to use gaming laptop while charging? Does it affect the battery performance?

Hi:

 

After the battery reaches full charge, the charger stops trying to charge the battery.

 

Using the notebook while the battery is charging should not be any problem.

The one thing that I do not recommend you do is to leave the notebook plugged into A/C power 24/7/365 as that may lead to battery swelling.
