Hi, I purchased my HP Pavilion x360 (product 6UR16AV) in the US but now I am living in the UK. I have been using a standard travel adaptor to charge it and it’s been fine, but I am worried that it won’t be good for the battery in the long term. Should I buy a new UK plug charger and if so, which one and where can I find it? Links will be much appreciated, preferably from the HP store or an authorized retailer.
My US charger states “45W, input 100-240V ~ 1.4A 50-60Hz, output 19.5V ~ 2.31A” and it uses the round charger, not USB-C.
thanks!

Hi:
You would only need to change the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the power adapter to one that is used in the UK.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook:
Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC
Chapter 3, page 23 has the part number for the power cord used in the UK.
For use in the United Kingdom HP part # L19373-001
The part is very expensive from HP, and it is out of stock: £50.79.
I found one on eBay: £24.99
L19373-001 HP Power cord - C5 connector, 1.0m long, STK Conv NEW | eBay
I couldn't find any on Amazon.
Another thing you can do is to go to a local PC repair shop and see if they have any you can buy.
You just need one with the C5 connector--that is the end of the power cord that plugs into your notebook's power adapter.
