Using Zoom for meetings, my HP Truevision HD camera will not work.  When I try to set the video option in Zoom, it flips back and forth between YouCam 9 (Essentials), HP True vision, and the external Logitech camera I installed.

It won't stop oscillating back and forth long enough to let me specify the capture device in zoom.  I've tried installing and uninstalling software, rebooting, and every other tactic but nothing seems to solve this "loss of video" during meetings problem.

@iauditman Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you have webcam issues with your laptop.

Please try updating BIOS and check if that helps.
