My laptop is an HP Omen 17-cb0019ur.
Can I charge my laptop with a power bank? If yes, what input it will be? USB Type-c or another?
What kind of power bank can it be? Is Mi 50w Power Bank 20000mAh good?

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06417461
It has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C™ with Thunderbolt™ 3 (40 Gb/s signaling rate, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port. It does NOT support USB Power Delivery (means you can't use that port to charge your machine).
You can try your Power Bank, it MAY charge your machine when OFF. If worked, you could be able to use a power bank with wattage rating 200W or more for your machine.
Regards.
