Hi,
I recently got a laptop bought in the USA, however I intend to use it in continental Europe. Voltage is different here, so I was wondering if ayone can tell me if using an adapter is a good enough solution, or is there some other way? Maybe buying a charger locally? Is it possible to harm the laptop by using a wrong converter?
Thank you for your help!

You do not need a converter....just a plug adapter which you can buy many places for a couple bucks.
The power brick is international...handles from 100v to 240v input while putting out the same current to the laptop.
The very small print on the adapter brick will confirm this if you can read it.
Enjoy your travels.
