I UTICÉ VARIOUS MONTHS THE VIRTUAL TOUCH KEYBOARD WITHOUT PROBLEMS WAITING TO BUY A NEW KEYBOARD WHICH I DO NOT SEE IN THE MARKET. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I MARKED A FAILURE AND NOW I CAN NOT ENTER THE SYSTEM OR NOTHING, IT TURNS ON BUT NOTHING WORKS, ONLY IT HAS ITS KEY OF ON AND OFF, A PORT FOR MICRO SD, BUT NOTHING ELSE, I DO NOT HAVE HOW TO ACCESS THE BIOS, TO THE SYSTEM , TO SOLVING HERDWARD PROBLEMS, SOFTWARE, ETC. Hi@miranzzzz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing keyboard issues with the HP Pavilion 13-R010dx X2 Detachable PC. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

I have a few recommendations

  • Check with any alternate USB Keyboard if it works fine.
  • Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from F2 Diagnostics to complete functional test of the keyboard and identify any problems with the hardware.
  • If issue still persist then it could be a hardware issue on the keyboard.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.

For any hardware issue or repair please click on the link Phone Assist Worldwide

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
