HP SPLIT X2 13-r010dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

VIRTUAL KEYPAD HP Split x2 13-r010dx DOES NOT WORK, NOR THE NORMAL KEYBOARD AND I CAN NOT ACCESS. MY COMPUTER HAD WINDOWS-8 OF FACTORY, BUT WHEN IT WAS UPDATED TO WINDOWS 10 IT HAD MANY OPERATING PROBLEMS, BUT I SOLVED IT, OF SUDDENLY ONE DAY THE NORMAL KEYBOARD STOP WORKING, I THINK IT WAS A PHYSICAL PROBLEM, BUT AFTER SEEING SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PC MODEL I SEE THAT IT IS SOMETHING COMMON. I UTICÉ VARIOUS MONTHS THE VIRTUAL TOUCH KEYBOARD WITHOUT PROBLEMS WAITING TO BUY A NEW KEYBOARD WHICH I DO NOT SEE IN THE MARKET. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I MARKED A FAILURE AND NOW I CAN NOT ENTER THE SYSTEM OR NOTHING, IT TURNS ON BUT NOTHING WORKS, ONLY IT HAS ITS KEY OF ON AND OFF, A PORT FOR MICRO SD, BUT NOTHING ELSE, I DO NOT HAVE HOW TO ACCESS THE BIOS, TO THE SYSTEM , TO SOLVING HERDWARD PROBLEMS, SOFTWARE, ETC. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN I ACCESS MY COMPUTER WITHOUT KEYBOARD OF ANY KIND?
