I have a laptop HP Pavillion 15 n267sa with AMD Processor A8-4555M APU with Radeon HD Graphics. Some keyboard keys do not work. Changing the keyboard for the new one did not solve the problem. Both BIOS or directly in OS show the same problem. Keys 5, 6, 6 (Numerical), F2, F8, F9, - (hyphen), and some more do not do anything when pressed. Reseating the cable did not make any difference. Uninstalling the keyboard driver including the hidden one and restarting did not help either. My suspicion is the motherboard connector has a fault. But I need to confirm this before looking to buy a motherboard replacement. Thank you for any info. Take care. Daniel.
