HP Laptop 14-ck0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Day!

I got an issue with my vcard\vram, when I check it on "dxdiag" under "Display" tab, the Vram/Vcard is Intel UHD Graphics 620 with just 128mb display memory. Why it isn't AMD? I got Graphics Chipset AMD Radeon R5 M435 2GB and the Laptop is brand new but everything loads very slow, I think this is what's causing the problem with my system.

Any resolution with this one?

Thanks

Hi,

It is normal, as the display is using the Intel graphics.

If you look under Render TAB you will see the AMD card.

Can you provide the exact model or product number so I can take a look at the specs of your PC. Here is how to find it (not serial)

Let me know,

I think it's just HP Laptop 14-Ck0xxx

14-ck0XXX is for the whole series of which that model is part. The actual model will be something like 14-ck0020tx or similar.

You can also provide the product number instead of the model number.

David
