HP Laptop 15 dy2xxx
Microsoft Windows 11

Ever since I got an HP laptop, it has been very bad.

There are many problems, such as the battery dying overnight if the laptop is put to sleep with 60% battery or less, internet adapter sometimes not being detected, and the worst problem is that if I hold a key for too long, even when I stop pressing it, the laptop will still register it as being pressed until I press it again.

I have searched everywhere for fixes, and all of them say drivers or defects. Drivers are all up-to-date, so it must be a defect.

Could anyone help me solve these problems?

OK so I'm pretty sure this is a problem with Windows as the fixes didn't work.

Hi @gamer3557,

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.

This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
