Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0126la (827G7LA), Ya no tiene drivers de conexion a usb

Hasta hace poco funcionaba bien, luego lo apague y cuando lo encendí ya no tenía los drives de conexión USB, conecte un mouse, pendrive, disco duro Externo, y nada. Alguna ayuda o solución, necesito el computador para la universidad y el trabajo.
