Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z5AV) - Now the device has a 512GB SSD and an additional slot to expand the SSD. The question is, what is the maximum storage capacity of the expandable SSD?

Hi:
Unfortunately, there is no information from HP regarding what the max capacity NVMe SSD you can install.
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that HP offered drives up to 1 TB in storage capacity in the model series.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
That is usually just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.
The Crucial SSD report for the model series indicates that they offer NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB in the model series.

Whether or not you can 100% rely on that information being correct, that I do not know.
Theoretically, a 4 TB SSD would work. I can't think of any reason why one wouldn't.
