Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V9A0AV)

Hi, I want to know what to do about the nvlddmkm problem that appears in the "event view" in computer management?
The situation is this: when I stream/play some game, for example, Counter Strike 2, then at some time and for 2 seconds my second monitor turns off (the same as the first one), and turns back on (with the sound of disconnection device), but the game is already frozen and I have to re-login and restart the stream

The error from nvlddmkm is: "The description for event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. The component that is causing this event is not installed on this local computer or is damaged. Install or repair the component on the local computer."

If the event occurred on another computer, you may want to save the information you see along with the event.

The following information has been added to the event:

\Device\Video6
Error occurred on GPUID: 100

The message resource exists, but the message was not found in the message table"

My monitor specs: HP X27, 165Hz
on Windows 11 Home 22H2 x64

-! Reinstalling Windows didn't help at all
-! I have never seen this problem in Kubuntu (or any Linux)
-! I use HDMI (I tried many cables, and I checked the HDMI port in the laptop and in the monitor, no defects)
-! All video card and processor drivers, as well as everything else, are as fresh as possible
-! this problem has been going on for more than six months
-! Rolling back video drivers did not help, older drivers did not help
-! I have already updated all possible Microsoft Visual C++ and so on, even completely uninstalled it, it didn’t help
-! The video card reaches a maximum of 65 * C, and the processor reaches approximately 75 maximum

2-3 months after buying the laptop, I had extra money to buy a monitor for comfortable gaming (I had not played before), as it turned out, I began to notice problems that should not exist at all, I took it back to the store and wanted to they diagnosed it, but they refused me this service even if I paid money, they said that I had no warranty for the laptop🙄
in short, I gave up on it and more than six months have passed, recently I started streaming the game, as a result my game crashes too often (without recording the stream, the crash would be 70% less likely)
I could no longer tolerate this anymore and decided to write here.
I ask for help and thank you in advance!
