Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When playing certain games (i.e., Genshin impact, Honkai Star Rail, Lies of P) sometimes after just a couple of minutes, others after 1 or more hours of playing, the screen will freeze and it will result in two scenarios.
A) the screen stay frozen for some time until the game closes itself (for example for Genshin and Star Rail a Unity.exe error message shows up but for Lies of P it was an xbox related error message, with no specification of the error) and the PC goes back to desktop
B) the laptop goes to Blue Screen of Death almost istantly displaying video tdr failure error.

I want to note that this laptop was bought almost a year ago, these problems started in August, I've tried soft reset, hard reset reinstalling windows and all apps, reinstalling video drivers, updating them and so on. I tried all the diagnostic solutions related to HP support, checked for malware and whatever else. I am almost certain it is an hardware problem but I am no technician.
