Hi @oded0007,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP 14 Inch Laptop PC 14 has a VRAM of 128MB and you're unable to run CapCut due to this limitation, there are a few potential solutions you can explore.
Update Graphics Drivers:
- Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, updated drivers can improve performance and compatibility with various applications.
- You can update the drivers through Windows Update or by visiting the HP support website and downloading the latest drivers for your specific laptop model.
Adjust VRAM Allocation:
- In some BIOS settings, you might have the option to allocate more VRAM to your integrated graphics. Restart your laptop, enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, F10, ESC, or DEL during boot), and look for any graphics settings to increase the VRAM allocation. Note that this option might not be available on all laptops.
Close Unnecessary Applications:
- Free up system resources by closing unnecessary applications and background processes. This can sometimes help applications run more smoothly even with limited VRAM.
Check CapCut Requirements:
- Ensure that your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for CapCut. Besides VRAM, check other requirements such as CPU, RAM, and storage space.
Use an Alternative Device:
- If possible, consider using CapCut on a different device, such as a smartphone or tablet, where it might run more smoothly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
