HP 15-ba009dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this a couple of years ago, with W10 originally installed.

For the last few months W10 has been trying to upgrade to 1903, failing and rolling back.

Yesterday I forced it to upgrade to 1909 but that failed also.

HP web sites suggest a driver isse and I noticed an upgrade to to AMD video driver had failed.

The HP site wouldn't complete the driver download so I used device manager which successfully completed.

Now W10 advises it's up to date and no longer offers 1903 or 1909. I don't see this model on the HP web site as tested for either of these W10 versions.

Does this mean HP is no longer supporting W10 upgrades on this fairly recent machine, or will it happen soon?

Thanks

@SimonHCS

I have gone through your Post and I appreciate your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue.

I'm glad you got this sorted out

All latest HP Computers / Notebooks support Windows 10 and it's upgrades by default

Moreover the HP 15-Ba009dx did come with Windows 10 as the Original OS, therefore it should support all Windows 10 updates.

Due to the Graphics driver issue, Windows couldn't complete it's updates

Thank you and have a great weekend 😊
