The BIOS was coded by HP engineers to ensure that the owners were protected from themselves.

 

There is no advanced BIOS  menu available in HP notebooks, with the notable exception of some Omen notebook products. The Omen notebooks are not targeted towards the average user. They tend to be far more powerful than mainstream notebooks like yours.

 

If you want that you will have to go to a BIOS website and take the risk of using a hacked BIOS.

 

That would violate the warranty.  You would have no recourse if damage occurred as a result of a BIOS setting or the BIOS code
