There is no replacement battery to purchase on the website and neither any of the person from HP Support is helping me out.

All everyone there is asking for the money and money and saying then only they will help. 

 

I purchased my laptop on 30th May 2018, So with extended 2 years warranty . I left with some time but its showing expired 7 days ago. 

My battery failure code is  GK1V79-000ALQ-MFPW21-C68T13

 

 

It'll be so helpful if anyone can tell me what to do in this case

Also the service centres told by on call customer care is different and the service centres I am able to find are different.

I don't know what is wrong with HP.

Till you're having product in warranty. 

They'll listen to you always. 

But as soon as that expires then they will forget that you ever buy product from them and always says like chargeable and this chargeable that chargeable.

 

I guess this is the worst support any company this  big have.
