Product: HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-eu0000 IDS Base Model

I just pulled the HP Spectre x360 14" out the box, opened it, and immediately get yelled and screamed at by the keyboard. the laptop is so elegant and pretty but the keyboard reallyyyyyy dissapoints. Your audience isn't elder people or people with low vision. We do NOT NEED ALL CAPS FOR EVERY BUTTON. Pleaseeeeee fix this HP, I know y'all can do better than this. I'm unsure if HP offers a service to replace the keys or if I have to go third party but this just is not it. Additionally pressing the keys has so much pressure and power to press. Please just relaxxxxx. the keyboard is just to strong visually and physically.

Can you use CAP LOCK key ? During the process, you may turn ON CAP LOCK key by mistake
