Hi @PALLAV5,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that your windows key not working. I'd like to help!

 

Was there any damage happened to the keyboard?

 

Have you done any changes to your OS?  What is the current OS installed on your pc?

 

Please update the bios using the correct OS and product number from here. 

 

If that does not help- and still facing issues with the windows key, Please Test for hardware from here
