I'm looking to retrofit a HP XMM 7560 R+ LTE ADVANCED PRO WWAN module in my elitebook, are there already antennas there to hook in? If there is not, what antennas do I need?

For your laptop's model series there would be two antennas at the top of the display if you had ordered a model with the WWAN already installed.

This question has been asked before and the answer is that you can't retrofit it. The slot may be a dummy slot and the BIOS may also reject the module.

With that said, you may be out of luck on that.
