Want to buy laptop battery

I have bought laptop battery  of Hp pavilion 15bc021tx from Amazon India but after full charge ,using sometime, when I am disconnecting charger adapter,laptop charge goes down from 44 percent to 6 percent then it got switched off.

I have returned the battery today.☹️

Where should I buy the battery except Amazon in India?

Help me guys.

The Hp pavilion 15bc021tx  laptop battery is not available in Hp parts store. I am from India. Can you suggest me any online shopping site except Amazon from where I can buy it in India?

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.
