Yes,  the 2 To drive should work, but it won't run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from your notebook's PCIe Gen 3.0 SSD slot.

This table shows the maximum transfer speeds each PCIe slot generation can provide:

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook:

OMEN by HP Laptop PCModels 17-w001 through 17-w099 and Models 17-w201 through 17w299 Maintenance and...

The service manual understates the amount of memory you can install.

You should be able to install up to 2 x 16 Go of memory in your notebook:

HP - Compaq HP OMEN 17-w224nf | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

Your notebook's processor can run the memory at a maximum speed of 2400 MHz.

DDR4-3200 CL22 memory will work but it will automatically bridge to 2400 MHz.

Paul provided the service manual but I would like to mention that if you do buy a memory upgrade, make sure you get a KIT of memory.  Do not just buy two memory sticks that might be cheaper than a KIT of two.  Occasionally a memory stick will work by itself in a PC but a second, identical stick may not be recognized.

Many thks for you help. About the memory, can I just remove the actual ones and put a single 32Go module or only 2x16Go?

HP Recommended

You're very welcome.

You have to use 2 x 16 Go.

A single 32 Go memory chip won't work.

ok, il will buy that. For the SSD is the Cricial P3 Plus SSD 2To PCIe Gen4 NVME M2 could work ?
