Hi iam having laptop with below specifications 

Model : Hp pavillion dv6 6119tx

Processor: i5 4th gen

 

I want to replace the processor with i7. Is it possible?

Note: i already upgraded ram and ssd

Your notebook has in Intel 2nd generation i5-2410M core processor.

 

Below is the link to the service manual:

 

c02842252.pdf (hp.com)

 

You can replace the i5-2410M processor with an i7- i7-2620M processor.

 

Different motherboards are used in the models with the intel 45W quad core processors.
