Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion Gaming 15 ec-0100ax laptop. It has a 1Tb harddrive and 8 gb ram. Now I want to upgrade it. So, which ssd should I use(budget around $70) ? And also which Ram module ($50) ?

Thank You.

Here is the Service Manual:

Manual

Pages 27-32. Add in a PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD. Also add a second 8 gig DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM. Your budget is  just about on target for the combined two items.

These upgrades are very easy to do and you do not jeopardize the warranty. Post back if you need more help.
