From what I can tell from the product specs your notebook has a 256 GB NVMe SSD.

Your notebook's M.2 NVMe slot is PCIe Gen 3.0.

While a Gen 4.0 SSD will work, it will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from the Gen 3.0 slot.

So, if you plan on transferring the drive to a newer model notebook or desktop PC in the future that has a PCie Gen 4.0 slot, you may want to buy a 2 TB Gen 4.0 SSD.

If not, and the Gen 3.0 drive costs significantly less, then buy the PCIe Gen 3.0 drive.

Suggested 2 TB drives:

PCie Gen 3.0:

Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe Internal SSD - Up to 3500MB/s - CT2000P3SSD801 (Acronis Edition) :...

PCIe Gen 4.0:

Crucial P310 2TB SSD M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe Gen4 Internal Gaming SSD, Up to 7,100MB/s, Laptop & Desktop ...

Samsung 990 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD, 2 TB, PCIe 4.0, 7,450 MB/s read, 6,900 MB/s write, Internal SSD, For g...
