So I own the above product I'm keep on facing the hanging issues so I'm going to upgrade the product so please tell me some SSD type and RAM type which are suitable for my laptop... Which means type, capacity, etc

Hi,

The max RAM for your notebook is 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB.

There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module and one empty slot. The RAM will run at 2133MHz

You can insert an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD in the M2 slot and reinstall the OS on the SSD, It would give an amazing boost to everyday performance of the PC. You should first check if the M2 slot is present on the motherboard (sometimes notebooks that did not come with M2 SSD are missing the physical slot)
