Greetings. My name is Destinydecade. I'm here wondering if I can be able to get a post warranty care pack 3 years after purchasing the laptop. I tried calling HP Customer Support and it has left me stuck in the wringer. I kid you not. It drove me nuts. I just want to get some answers before I end up taking the plunge and purchase a 1-year pack because yes, I'm able to add it to my cart and go to payment. I'm not taking any more chances. I want to at least have it for 1 year and not much else. Oh and I'm not showing anything too serious and the like. I just want some answers from actual HP support. The AI wasn't reliable and I was unable to talk to a live agent.

I totally get how frustrating that can be! Not all HP models can get post-warranty care packs, so I recommend checking the HP website to see if your laptop (HP 17.3" Laptop PC 17-c1000) is eligible. If you can add the 1-year care pack to your cart, then you should be good to go!

 

Just make sure to check the warranty section on HP's site and enter your laptop's serial number to see what’s available for your specific model.
