My HP Portable SSD P500 has stopped connecting to my Windows 11 PC.  I have tried different ports and different USB cables but it no longer mounts.  I want to make a warranty claim and can't get past the Serial Number screen.  The device clearly has a S/N and a P/N and neither one is registered with HP.  Does anyone have a way to get past the S/N screen to get help?
