Hi,
This is proof I have warranty available: https://i.imgur.com/dT2NDx8.png
It says they don't service this laptop anymore, I don't understand how this can be. This laptop is hardly a year old and the warranty means nothing?
I have an issue with the LCD panel where these marks are coming up: https://i.imgur.com/1tMWjgX.jpg
I don't even know what this is, but I'd like it replaced.

I need the contact details of HP but I can't get them. I need their UK support number of email address.

I was looking at your first photo with Product Number. If I'm not mistaken you bought a refurbished laptop-the R on the end. A refurb usually has a 90 day warranty.

If that's true, I'm surprised because there was no indication. The HP Support application also says I have until December this year in the Warranty.
Nothing on the site says it doesn't have a Warranty, it says it does, just that it says that they don't service the laptop. If I had to guess, there's a mistake on the website when trying to reach support from the UK.
