Hi, I just purchased a new Dragonfly Pro from large online retailer (B&H Photo) that claims to be an "Authorized Dealer" (see logo on top right of this page). The laptop is still sealed in its box (the retailers says they won't accept returns for unsealed products) but has the serial number on the outside of the box. I checked the serial number on your warranty check website and it says that it is ALREADY EXPIRED (in March 2025). My understanding is that there is supposed to be a button there to dispute the warranty status and submit the proof of purchase to update it to the purchase date but that link does not exist on your page. Please send me the link or email or whatever I need to make this happen. Thank you.
