Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have attempted to update my warranty status by providing a copy of my receipt, with Case Number {personal information removed}.

 

This case has not been taken care of as promised within 1 business day by HP. After waiting for 3 days, I contacted HP customer service ans was told that the case is still left open.

 

I need assistance in completing this change. Thank you.

I have no visual problem and I can see the screen Shot attached 

 

I am talking about the warranty issue for Laptop A, and you are telling there is no such issue for Laptop B

 

I offered to provide the case number for the concerned laptop so we can be on the same boat, but no one is listening
