Hello,
I purchased HP 16.1 Victus from Best Buy on 12/27/2021 from Best Buy. On my vacation in Thailand 11/21/22 the CPU fan stop working. I called local HP (HP Thailand) and worked with tech support using BIOS diagnostic tool got the error code for fan #1 not spinning, Q31X62-BOHBA5-MFPV4K-J3J703, the case# is [Personal Information Removed]. Since this laptop is not sold in the country and takes more time . I flow back to US with the laptop and have been trying to contact HP USA, After the automatic system got the serial number the phone always cut. I check the website and it stated the the warranty already expired on 11/27/2021. I drove to Best Buy and checked with them and got the prove that It was purchased on 12/27/2021. The Geek Squad advised me to keep try contacting HP. That is why I am here.
