I bought a Laptop HP Laptop 15-fd1225TU listed as new and received the Laptop Yesterday In the evening upon checking its warranty status on hp.com, I saw that the warranty started earlier than my date of purchase.
I tried to dispute the warranty status online but there is no link to dispute the warranty.
I again checked the page and found.
"Note: If the dispute link is not displayed, the product might be a commercial product or a product available in India, which cannot be disputed online."
I am from India and purchased this product in India.

I cannot find any customer support email, customer care email or any other contact email.
How am I supposed to raise dispute ?

We do not work for or represent HP.

 

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
