Envy 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My manufacturers warranty expired last month so I’ve purchased a 3yr Care Pack but every time I go to check the warranty status on my Envy 13t, it indicates no warranty and I’m not able to speak with anyone about this since I have no means without the warranty. I tried to dispute my warranty and show the proof of purchase for the care package but the page never loaded my responses. I’m out of ideas and need help from a real person so I can send in my laptop for repairs.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
