Warranty / Repair question

My warranty ran out a few months ago--my question is about whether I can extend the warranty after it has expired (I had thought I HAD extended it but I can't find any way to check this or speak to a representative)

The current issue, that the fan is grinding, actually started immediately following the last repair, so it feels like a problem the folks repairing it introduced, but again, I can't find a way to chat with a representative. I think this was a feature offered only to warranty holders?
