I bought a HP laptop from Amazon and was sold and shipped by PCOlnine. There is a warranty question but Amazon is asking me to contact PCOnline. PConline does not respond. What is the warranty provided by HP on a new product regardless of the market place or seller? How do I get HP warranty support and not have to deal with Amazon or PCOnline?

What is the permanent fix from HP for all users who are having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity issues with 255 G10 laptop? This are WIDEPREAD issues and HP needs to acknowledge the issues, fix them asap and make the fix available from one central site. There is lot of "going in circles" and unnecessary updates/downloads/reboots/, check/rechecks without a solid workable solution which should be a permanent fix. For a big company and with tons of talent, this runaround is pathetic and damaging to the product and company reputation.

This is a peer to peer forum.
We do not work for or represent HP, so please do not take your frustrations out on me.
I gave you the link to HP customer service.
HP does not publish phone numbers due to potential scams.
If you would like any voluntary help from me, you will need to provide the model of the Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with, because not all 255 G10s come with the same model Wi-Fi adapter.
