I cannot quite understand why you did not describe the issue you are having.
Why have you not provided the product number/name of the laptop you are apparently having problems with.
"Cycle count: 816 / 1000"
That shows me a battery that is at the edge or ear the end of its service life.
It needs to be replaced with a new one.
