I must say that despite HP having all my details and email address in their record, they (HP) did not care to alert me that my warranty is coming soon to expiry.

 

My warranty expired just this feb 28. Had there been an alert I would certainy have extended the warranty

I really disappointed by the way HP has been in this instance.

 

My system is hale and healthy. Is it possible to renew the extension now?
