I have a Spectre x360 13-ap0xxx, product number 5GQ75UA#ABA and I am having multiple shutdowns, sometimes unknown, sometimes overheating. I have a HP Care Pack for the laptop, but it is unrecognized by HP's support systems. I have tried to dispute this using the form and by faxing the information, but to no avail. I need to be able to talk to someone about this issue and get the laptop turned in for warranty repair. I would prefer the ability to talk to someone on the phone, but if it has to be over the chat, that can work too. What does the community recommend I do?
