Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I bought my HP brand new from Amazon on 7/19/2024. On 7/18/2025 (yes - 364 days later!), my laptop would not boot. When I logged into HP to start a warranty claim, it showed my warranty expired 8/25/2024 - just about a month after my purchase. I couldn't even contact HP about it because the website would not allow me to message about an "out of warranty" product. After continuously trying for four days, it finally booted, but I'm concerned that it's only a matter of time until it happens again. Since it actually happened when the warranty should still have been in effect and I was unable to report it, I want to know if I have any recourse.
