I have attempted several times to dispute the warranty on my new laptop but keep getting a page that says. "We're sorry
HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later." I have the receipt when purchased and tried to upload it several times. I work for a living and am not on my laptop until Sunday when the chat service is closed. I really need help getting this resolved. I have been an HP customer for several years and have never had a support issue until now. This is frustrating me beyond belief how hard it is to get help when I actually have an issue. Please assist.

Sorry, but we are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.
We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repair (i.e., Service Centers), sales, or legal (i.e., warranty).
For these issues, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
