Warranty extension laptops India - third party ARM Infoserve

When the 1 year warranty of my laptop was about to end, I could not find a Carepack to extend the warranty and so I contacted HP support to through WhatsApp chat. They gave me a mobile number -- that of ARM Infoserve. They collected my email ID and send me a quote for 1 or 2 year warranty extension (Carepack) with or without ADP. 

I want to confirm:

(1) whether they are HP authorised reseller for Carepacks.

(2) whether I will get original HP support, if I buy Carepack from ARM

Thank you very much for your correct response. I was able to locate the CarePack with Part No. U8LH7PE for my laptop. 

I would like to have one clarification, the CarePack is only for 1 year. 

Can I buy 3 CarePacks (Part No. U8LH7PE) now so that I will get 3 year, post-warranty carepack coverage?

Kindly clarify.
