Hi,
I bought a pavillion x360 laptop from the UK. I'm currently residing in Kuwait so as I had a problem with the laptop, I took it to the HP supplier in Kuwait. They're asking for an invoice from HP which states the product's model number, serial number etc. As I bought this from a store in the UK(not HP store), they only gave me a receipt which states the price , date and pavillion x360. Is there any way I can get an invoice showing the serial number etc?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
