Product: AiO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had purchased one AIO desktop on 29/04/21 in which the same was paid for and gifted by my friend so bill stands in his name. Now warranty of the product shows expired when the age of product is only 3 months. 
I mailed invoice last week to update warranty which is not done yet. 
it seems HP has lost its credentials of after sale service. 
now keyboard is not working so I lodged my case number [Personal Information Removed] which is pending and no action taken yet. 
this way it seems HP is cheating customers
