Hello,
I'm reaching out to inquire whether my HP factory warranty includes coverage for the flickering charging light problem. Currently, I'm unsure if it's an issue with the port or the AC adapter. However, in the event that it is a port issue, does the warranty cover loose ports as long as there has been no damage inflicted to any of the USB-C ports?
I appreciate your assistance.
