I have had to exchange my laptop twice due to audio issues that could not be repaired so I was offered an exchange and told that the extended warranty I had purchased would transfer over to this exchanged laptop until it expired. I still have a month to go and it is showing the month left on my account, but when I try to access help, it says my coverage has ended and there is no support! I specifically asked the first agent I spoke to about this when exchanging the laptop and was told not to worry, I would still have the remaining month. And I cannot contact anyone to protest this even though I still have an open case. Can someone help me please?

NO, this does not help! I have tried that and it just shows :
This is ridiculous. By the time I am able to reach someone, I will be out of warranty. I will never buy another HP product. Horrible customer service.
