Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Bios is showing a hard drive failure message. My warranty information comes up on the HP site the warranty check as valid and in date with 4 months remaining but when I try and send details of my problem to claim under the warranty the page says it cannot verify the staus of the warranty and very annoyingly points me to this site as the only form of communication. Please can someone tell me why this is and how/where I can report this?

If you wish to send the computer to HP for repair.. Call this number HP Support 1800 474 6836

Note: Avoid posting your computer's serial number

Thanks I'll do that. I can see the serial number has been removed froim my post but still shows on your reply.  I can't remove it from there. Are you able  remove it?
