Hi, I have a question: can I change the ram boards on my laptop without losing the warranty?

Yes and on some gaming model laptops it even says so in the Service Manual. Whether it does or not HP allows the end user to upgrade memory storage and usually wifi without losing warranty. Unless you break something in the process, then its your problem.
